Orange City Council has partnered with ZapCat, a certified social enterprise, to help our community electrify their homes and businesses, reduce emissions and save on energy bills. Through this program residents can get free cost, savings and rebates estimates for common home energy upgrades such as solar panels, batteries, hot water heat pumps, EV chargers, induction cooktops, and reverse cycle air conditioning.
