EnergyZE North Shore Inc is working with program partner ZapCat to deliver household energy efficiency and thermal comfort assessments to households and small businesses in Ku-ring-gai to assist the process of upgrades.
To provide accurate recommendations, ZapCat must securely collect and process your structural and energy usage data.

- Energy Consumption Information: Historical usage data and smart meter metrics via energy providers or the Consumer Data Right.
- Property Attributes: Structural characteristics including insulation, materials, orientation, and window configurations.
- Household & Business Infrastructure: Specifications of appliances, solar installations, hot water units, and heating/cooling systems etc.
3. How Your Data is Used & Shared
- Developing customized household electrification and efficiency roadmaps.
- Tracking aggregate community sustainability metrics with EnergyZE North Shore (de-identified format).
4. Privacy Compliance
All data handling complies strictly with the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (NSW) and EnergyZE North Shore’s Privacy Policy. Personal details are never sold or used for independent marketing.
